Return Policy

Making a return is easy. Just forward your order confirmation email indicating the items you would like to return to info@lulyyang.com within 10 days of your order being delivered. We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items.  In order to issue a refund, items must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other packaging materials. Once we receive your request we will send you a return shipping label via email.

Please Note

  •  It may take 2-3 business days for a team member to acknowledge your return request. But don’t worry, as long as your email was sent within 10 days of your shipment being delivered we will honor your request.
  • Returns must be shipped within five days of receiving your return shipping label
  • Sometimes automated emails (like those containing a return shipping label) are flagged by your server. If you haven’t received your label please check your junk mailbox.

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method in your account. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
