Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary by collection:

Packages will arrive at your doorstep within 3-6 business days after receipt of your order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. UPS fees vary by weight and shipping location. We offer next-business day and three- business day options. For additional shipping and ordering questions, please contact our showroom.

Certain items may be pre-ordered or special ordered. Shipping times range from 10-12 weeks but may vary.
Our collections are designed with carefully sourced textiles and created using couture draping techniques. Please allow up to 12 weeks for your special order to arrive. Each piece is customizable to your design specifications and available in sizing or to your custom body measurements. Schedule an appointment to experience our collections or contact our showroom to place your order.
We can provide you with more detailed shipping information during your in-store consultation. Shipping times range from three to six months depending on design and fabric availability. For more information, please contact our showroom.

Return Policy

Making a return is easy. Just forward your order confirmation email indicating the items you would like to return to within 10 days of your order being delivered. We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items. Your items must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other packaging materials. Once we receive your request we will send you a return shipping label via email.

Kindly reference the information below regarding your return experience due to minimal staffing during the pandemic:

  •  It may take 2-3 business days for a team member to acknowledge your return email. But don’t worry, as long as your email was sent within 10 days of your shipment being delivered we will honor your request.
  • Returns must be shipped within five days of receiving your return shipping label
  • Sometimes automated emails (like those containing a return shipping label) are flagged by your server. If you haven’t received your label please check your junk mailbox.

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method in your account. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
