Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary by collection:

E-commerce orders can be shipped via FedEx through our regular complimentary shipping. Packages will arrive at your doorstep within 3-6 business days after receipt of your order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. FedEx fees vary by weight and shipping location. We offer next-business day and three- business day options. Certain items may be pre-ordered or special ordered. Shipping times range from 10-12 weeks but may vary.
Our collections are designed with carefully sourced textiles and created using couture draping techniques. Please allow up to 12 weeks for your special order to arrive. Each piece is customizable to your design specifications and available in sizing or to your custom body measurements. Schedule an appointment to experience our collections or contact our showroom to place your order.
We can provide you with more detailed shipping information during your in-store consultation. Shipping times range from three to six months depending on design and fabric availability. For more information, please contact our showroom.

Return Policy
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just send your item(s) back to us within 14 days after receiving your order. We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items. Your items must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other packaging materials.

  1. All sales are final on special order accessories and dresses, and any discounted items.
  2. 100% payment is due at time of order. A 50% cancellation fee of total price is applied to any couture order, special order gown or garment, if cancelled within 30 days of purchase date (50% of the full price will be refunded to you).  Any order cancelled after 30 days will result in 100% cancellation fees. 

Exchange Policy
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return the item for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. Special Order and Couture items are not exchangeable.

Gift Returns
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your account. The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, and taxes.

Receiving a Refund
Your return will be credited to the original payment method or as a store credit to your account.  Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
