We are pleased to offer complimentary standard domestic shipping on all RTW and Accessories orders of $500 or more, excluding sales tax.
For custom orders, we offer complimentary standard shipping for orders of $2000 or more, excluding sales tax.
Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard international shipping on all RTW, Accessories, and Custom orders of $2,000.00 or more.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be calculated at checkout or payable upon delivery, depending on the destination country.

Return Policy
We accept returns on Ready to Wear and Accessories within a 14-day window from original date of purchase.
If you’d like to initiate a return, please reach out to our team at couture@lulyyang.com with your order details, receipt, and reason for return. If receipt is not available, please provide your full name and contact information for order lookup. Items received at our boutique without prior client contact will be returned to sender.
All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging and condition with all tags attached. Client is responsible for all return shipping costs, and items will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Please note shipping, taxes, and duties are nonrefundable. All sale items are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All Couture, Bridal, and Custom Orders are final sale. These garments are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Our team is always happy to assist with fit consultations, alterations, and styling support to ensure your piece is perfect. Alterations charge may apply.
